Erica Speiser - Managing Partner

Erica is Managing Partner and has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Saint Leo University. Prior to establishing TCS in 2013 with Tina Callahan, she worked with Hunter & Associates and Stephen E. Tilley, CPA.  

She began working with Steve Tilley and Tina Callahan in 1999, and quickly gained industry knowledge and expertise. Her business skills come naturally, as she comes from a long line of entrepreneurs.  

She has a wealth of experience and knowledge, her proficiency is in the preparation of complex financial statements, and governmental audits. With over 20 years in the industry, she has experience in various accounting and payroll aspects. You will often find her working on financial statements, streamlining operations, training the team, and managing the day-to-day operations of TCS. 

Erica grew up in Starke, Florida, and moved to Jacksonville in 1999. She met her husband, Bill Speiser, and they were married in 2009. They have a 20-year-old daughter currently studying Engineering at the University of South Florida and a son who lives in MN. Erica currently lives in Flagler Beach with her husband and their cute French bulldog, Koda.   

Erica is a family girl at heart, she cherishes the bonds of love, support, and togetherness that family brings. Her life is centered around the values and joys of family, making them a constant source of inspiration and strength in everything she does. She loves the sun and the beach and often takes her dog for walks along the scenic Flagler Beach coastline. Her bucket list includes traveling to London which she has planned for 2024.
